Return & Exchange Policy

• Paid plans and add-ons are activated on your account automatically as soon as payment succeeds.
• A record of every transaction is available in your dashboard.
• If a purchase is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support and we will activate it or refund you in full.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the platform settings. The upgrade takes effect immediately, giving you higher limits for students, storage and AI tokens and lower withdrawal commissions right away. The amount due is shown clearly before you confirm payment.

You can switch to a lower plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep the features of your current plan until then.

Before downgrading, make sure your usage — such as the number of students and storage — fits within the limits of the new plan. Otherwise, some features may be limited until usage is reduced or add-ons are purchased.

• Recurring add-ons (students and storage) can be increased at any time, or changed to a different size from the next billing cycle.
• A consumable add-on (AI tokens or sessions) bought by mistake and not used at all can be exchanged for another add-on of equal or greater value within 7 days of purchase.
• Consumable add-ons that have been fully or partly used cannot be exchanged.

Learners who want to exchange a course, exam, book or bundle purchased from an academy should contact that academy directly. Exchanges are at the academy's discretion and follow its published policies.
