Terms & Conditions

• “SmartPlatform” or “the Service”: the platform, website, dashboards, APIs and applications operated by Virtual Data IT.
• “Platform Owner”: a teacher, trainer, academy or organization that creates an educational platform on SmartPlatform.
• “Learner”: any person who registers, learns or makes purchases through an academy built on SmartPlatform.
• “Content”: videos, files, courses, exams, books, text, images and any other material uploaded to or generated on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to open a Platform Owner account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Plans are offered as shown on the pricing page, from the free Starter plan to paid monthly plans and optional add-ons.
• Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or US Dollar (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Paid plans renew automatically every month until cancelled, and the renewal amount is charged to your chosen payment method.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard cards through licensed and secure payment processors.
• We may change prices with prior notice; any change applies from the next billing period after the notice.

Platform Owners can sell courses, exams, books and bundles to their learners. SmartPlatform deducts the purchase and withdrawal commissions that apply to your plan, as shown on the pricing page.

Your net earnings are recorded in your wallet. Withdrawals require the minimum payout amount of your plan and may be subject to verification of identity and banking details. We may hold amounts linked to suspected fraud, disputes or chargebacks until they are resolved.

Each Platform Owner is the seller of its own educational products and is responsible for their content, pricing, delivery and learner support, and for publishing a clear refund policy that complies with applicable law and these Terms.

You keep full ownership of the Content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display and deliver it only as needed to operate the Service for you.

SmartPlatform, including its software, design, brand and technology, is owned by Virtual Data IT and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

AI tools help you create pages, content, FAQs, certificates and more. AI output may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving it before publishing. AI usage consumes tokens according to your plan and any token add-ons you purchase.

When using SmartPlatform, you agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have no right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Publish unlawful, misleading, offensive or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass content protection, access other academies' data or disrupt the Service.
• Share accounts or resell access in violation of the platform's device and access rules.
• Use the Service for fraud, spam or any unlawful activity.

We work to keep SmartPlatform available and secure at all times, but the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

Our protection tools significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access and content leakage; however, no technology can guarantee complete prevention.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, pose a security risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Where possible, we will notify you in advance and give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Virtual Data IT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Virtual Data IT against any claims, losses and expenses arising from your Content, the products you sell to learners, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will publish the updated version on this page and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if it cannot be resolved, it will be referred to the competent courts in Amman.
